Mountain Vista Medical Center is a 178-bed, state-of-the-art hospital located in east Mesa, Arizona, offering comprehensive health care services, including emergency care, heart care, advanced surgical procedures, orthopedics, breast care, maternity care, and women’s services.

Position Summary:

The Central Sterile tech processes and sterilizes instruments, equipment, and supplies to ensure the availability of instruments, supplies, and equipment to meet the needs of patient-care activities. Utilizing universal precautions, decontaminates and sterilizes instruments and equipment to ensure they are safe for handling. Maintains a safe, clean patient-care environment utilizing a cost-effective approach to ensure optimum patient care and employee safety. Displays leadership abilities by assuming responsibility / accountability for assigned unit activities and by supporting unit / division decisions to enhance patient and unit objectives.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• CRCST
• BLS
