Job Description

Responsible for upholding the facility customer service initiatives by managing service programs and projects throughout the facility by writing plans, educating and demonstrating exceptional customer service.


- Associates Degree required
- State of Arizona RN license required
- Knowledge of HCAHPS/Press Ganey required
- Knowledge of Studer, Ritz Carlton, Disney or similar models for customer service preferred
- Understanding of Press Ganey
- Proficient in MS Office Suite required
- Ability to coach, counsel and mentor staff
- Adaptability to change,organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in the completion of assignments and duties
- Advanced computer skills required
- Ability to speak/write English language fluently
