Director Quality Management
Our main goal is to help patients get well and back to their life as quickly as possible. We use some of the most modern medical technology available, which gives the physicians on the medical staff the ability to diagnose and treat a variety of conditions faster and with greater precision. We want our patients to have a pleasant, convenient, and comfortable experience. That's why our team is focused on providing an extraordinary level of care from the time the patient enters our resort-like hospital through the time they leave.
Position Summary: Position responsible for direction of department and the various functions under its umbrella. Provide reports to the Quality Committee, Medical Executive Committee, Board of Directors, administrative team, health plans and regulatory agencies as requested and required. Position will maintain quality improvement activities within department and participates in unit based qualify improvement activities. Assures collaboration between quality, risk and utilization management functions. Serves as the ISO Management Representative
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum Experience: 3-5 years
- Required License/certification: State of Arizona RN license
Required Skill Set: Knowledge of all regulatory requirements including local, state and national regulations, as well as accrediting agencies; Ability to independently learn and utilize multiple program in a manner to facilitate department processes; Leadership skills to include management of human, fiscal and capital resources; Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Ability to gather, analyze and access data from various sources to develop quality improvement initiatives; Effectively skilled with MS Office Suite; Ability to adjust schedule to meet the demands of patient care delivery and management oversight to area of responsibility; Ability to speak/write English language fluently.
