Florence Hospital, a campus of Mountain View Medical Center, is a 36-bed hospital offering emergency care, as well as surgical, imaging and laboratory services to residents of Pinal County. SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Administrative Laboratory Director, the responsibility of preparing laboratory specimens for designated departments prior to analysis and testing. Responsible to perform limited moderate complexity laboratory testing. Be a supportive link between laboratory customers and the areas within the Laboratory..

Requirements

High School Graduate or GED Diploma.

PREFERRED Technical training (completion of a formal Program) plus 1 or more years experience.

Ability to perform Phlebotomist duties. Intermediate computer skills; Ability to adapt to change and manage time. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to exercise independent judgment in the completion of assignments and duties. Able to work a flexible schedule to cover all shifts and weekends, as hospital needs demand.
