Marketing Quality Technicians are responsible for the safe, efficient and effective coordination of Steward Health Care’s Pharmacy operations that service acute care hospitals, hospital retail customers, ambulatory care and alternate site facilities, oncology and cardiology practices.

Key Responsibilities
Data management and collation of various regulatory performance indicators
Assists in effective pharmacy operations
Assists in effective inventory management practices
Provides administrative support for various pharmacy/hospital committees
Assists with new employee onboarding
Observes all organizational standards for the pharmacy technician job description
Ad hoc participation and support of system-wide and local facility projects

Education: High school degree or equivalent

Experience: 2-4 years hospital pharmacy technician experience; experience with data analytics preferred

Certification licensure: Current technician certification (PTCB) and Arizona pharmacy technician license

Software/Hardware: Computer skills –proficient with Microsoft Excel

Other: ACPE or ASHP accredited course in compounding sterile preparations preferred; ability to travel to multiple locations

Education: High school degree or equivalent
