Job Description

Position Summary: Responsible for assisting the Administrative Director & Director of Medical Education in management of Graduate Medical Education program. Provides scheduling of clinical rotations for all Students/Interns/Residents who participate in facility medical education training programs. Works closely with the Arizona Graduate Medical Education Consortium (AZGME). Oversees the Medical Education library resources.Required Skill Set: Ability to be flexible in work assignments and multi-task; Requires excellent organizational skills; Advanced computer skills including MS Office Suite; Knowledge of advanced Internet search capabilities; Ability to adapt to change and manage time. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to exercise independent judgment in the completion of assignments and duties.
Ability to speak and write English language fluently.
Minimum Experience: 3 - 5 years experience
Preferred Requirements: 5+ years recent experience; Post graduate medical education teach program experience
