Position Summary: Responsible for greeting visitors and obtaining information for verifying and accurately entering all vital information required for the treatment and billing of all patient types. This position requires insurance verification,collection of financial obligation when applicable, and entering all physician orders accurately in applicable software(s).
Required SKILL SET: Intermediate computer skills; Minimum typing skills of 35 WMP; Ability to use general office equipment; Ability to adapt to change. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to exercise independent judgment in the completion of assignments and duties. Ability to speak and write English language fluently.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma
Minimum Experience: 2-4 years of customer service experience
PREFERRED REQUIRMENTS: 5-7 years of customer service experience; Prior hosptial registration
