Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, directing and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. You will administer treatments and physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician. Assists patients to reach maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of capabilities. May provide direction to licensed and non-licensed personnel.

Requirements:

• Current Arizona Physical Therapy Licensure
• Masters Degree from an approved school of Physical Therapy
• 3+ years of previous experience
• BLS
