Mountain Vista Medical Center is a 178-bed, state-of-the-art hospital located in east Mesa, Arizona, offering comprehensive health care services, including emergency care, heart care, advanced surgical procedures, orthopedics, breast care, maternity care, and women’s services. Florence Hospital, a campus of Mountain View Medical Center, is a 36-bed hospital offering emergency care, as well as surgical, imaging and laboratory services to residents of Pinal County. Our patients have access to a full range of excellent health care across our two campuses.

Case manage outpatients, assist and recommend treatment of wounds and Ostomies in both the inpatient and outpatient arenas. Educate patients and families in wound care. Interface competently and professionally with both internal and external peers. Responsible for providing direct and indirect care of patients in need of wound care. Responsible for education and case management for patients and family members. Provides clinical supervision to unit personnel.

Our Registered Nurse (RN) will work with direction from the Clinical Nurse Manager/Clinical Coordinator to provide high-quality wound care

They primarily provide patient care and handle intake and discharge processes for the Wound Care Center patients as scheduled

The position may also serve as a Case Manager to a group of assigned Wound Care Center patients, as assigned and depending on the Wound Care Center setup

Provides patient care to Wound Care Center patients and handles patient intake and discharge processes as assigned and according to the hospital and nursing standards


Licensed RN in the state of Arizona - in good standing

Associate Degree.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

3 years preferred, however New Grads accepted.

Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to exercise independent judgement in the completion of assignments and duties. Ability to gather, analyze and assess data from various sources to develop quality improvement initiatives. Knowledgeable of all regulatory requirements including local, state and national regulations, as well as DNV. Ability to speak and write English language fluently. Basic computer skills.
