Cardiovascular Prod Line Dir
Reporting to the MVMC President, the Director will be responsible for leading and directing all Cardiac Cath Lab operations for the Arizona market.
The Director will provide oversight of the operations of the Cardiovascular Service Line, working with the programs and physicians involved in Cardiovascular, marketing, community relations, inpatient & outpatient services, and other services and relationships with external organizations.
In collaboration with the executive team and physician leaders, the Director will establish goals, objectives and standards of performance, and will apply and facilitate compliance with operating policies and procedures. He/she will have overall responsibility for providing senior strategic and operational leadership for the Cardiovascular Service Line within the context of the facility strategic planning cycle, including the development and execution of plans emphasizing clinical excellence and consistently exceptional customer service.
The Director will support the organization on its ongoing growth journey with the goal of becoming a top rated and world class center of excellence.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Experience: 1 - 3 years
Required License/certification: Arizona State RN license in good standing. See Certification/Licensure Grid for other requirements.
PREFERRED REQUIRMENTS: 5+ years, Master's Degree.
