RN Wound Center
Case manage outpatients, assist and recommend treatment of wounds and Ostomies in both the inpatient and outpatient arenas. Educate patients and families in wound care. Interface competently and professionally with both internal and external peers. Responsible for providing direct and indirect care of patients in need of wound care. Responsible for eduation and case management for patients and family members. Provides clinical supervision to unit personnel.
Requires Licensed RN in the stae of Arizona - in good standing
Associate Degree required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3 years preferred, however New Grads accepted.
Demonstrated organizational skills and aility to exercise independent judgement in the completion of assignments and duties. Ability to gather, analyze and assess data from various sources to develop quality improvement initiatives. Knowledgeable of all regulatory requirements including local, state and national regulations, as well as DNV. Ability to speak and write English language fluently. Basic computer skills.
